Le Touquet Parents Information Evening 6.30pm - 7.30pm

There will be a pre-departure meeting for the Le Touquet trip in UPPER HALL at 6:30pm on THURSDAY 15^th JUNE 2017.  I would stress the importance of all girls attending this meeting with at least one parent or, if this is not possible, accompanied by a responsible adult relative.

We will be giving out a lot of vital information about the trip. There will also be an opportunity for you to meet the staff.  There will be important documentation to complete and you may wish to make notes, so it would be useful if every family could bring a pen. 

We also ask that you now hand in your passport and your EHIC card to school, so they can be securely kept until departure.  Please do so by the end of the school day on Wednesday 7^th June (no passport or EHIC card can be taken in at the meeting).  Please contact Mrs Mines (party leader) immediately if there is an issue concerning your daughter’s passport.

We also ask that you change some British money into Euros for your daughter to take with her before leaving for the trip. This is ‘spending money’ only. We suggest she takes approximately the equivalent of £50-£60 in Euros. You can change your money at the Post Office, travel agents or bank.

We shall make a prompt start at 6:30pm.  The business of the meeting usually lasts 30 minutes to one hour, and you will be able to speak to staff and ask questions after the meeting if you wish.

Please bear in mind that the coach will leave school very late on the evening of Thursday 29^th June/very early in the morning of Friday 30^th June. We will be able to confirm the exact time at the meeting.
